Happy Tuesday everyone! It's been a while since i've posted a recipe so I wanted to make a good comeback :) So, I've been on a very low calorie, low carb diet (which is pretty much equal to the death of me) and I've had to get really creative so that I don't get bored with the few food options I have. The other day, me and the hubby went out on a mini date to Chipotle and I realized that there are some pretty healthy choices but you gotta choose right! Anyways, eating out can get expensive and I figured I have better control of what exactly goes in my food if I make it myself so I created the Skinny Chipotle Bowl. Healthy, Very easy to make and super duper satisfying!
